Duo AC16 + H16 is a transport trolley with two large insulated GN 2/1 cabinets positioned side-by-side, this allows for capacity of two boxes within just one and a capacity of 16xGN2/1 or 32xGN1/1. As standard, the hot holding cabinet is heated with convection up to +90C & the cooling cabinet is chilled by compressor cooling down to +3°C. This allows for fast/uniform temperature with temperature control being performed via a digital display, LED lights indicate when the selected ranges have been reached,the trolley is designed for transport and is easy and safe to operate thanks to the large casters & ergonomic handles on the back. The standard colour is black(RAL 9005) Power Requirement: 220V-240V/1 phase/2.3Kw
