Free Delivery Over £75

Customers will qualify for free delivery on orders over £75 (including VAT). In some locations, an additional surcharge may be applied even where the order exceeds the free delivery threshold.

For orders below £75, we offer a standard delivery charge. Service availability is based on your location and the items you order. The total cost for delivery is displayed at checkout.

Dispatch Times

Dispatch times can vary between products, so we recommend reviewing the lead time displayed on each product page before ordering . An estimated delivery date for your order is also shown once it’s in the shopping basket.

We may consolidate smaller items into a single package, meaning that items you order may be held for a short period until the entire order is ready for dispatch. Please note that delivery dates are our best estimate and not a guarantee, and delivery and shipping timeframes are calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday) only.

Order Tracking

We’re proud to work with several partners to offer you the best value and service. We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your goods are dispatched, and if you provide a mobile number, our partners may also use this to provide additional tracking information such as delivery slots. Where items are sent directly from the manufacturer, we may not always be able to provide a tracking link.
