The H12+H12 is a trolley with two large heated GN 2/1 cabinets positioned side-by-side allowing the capacity of two boxes within one and a capacity of 24xGN 2/1 or 48xGN 1/1. Convection heating is standard and offers fast and uniform heating with infinitely variable temperature control up to 90C via a digital display. Detachable racks allow for easy cleaning and are fitted with integrated air gaps generate free air circulation inside the box for an even temperature distribution. The door sensor will turn he convection heating fan off when the door is opened, thus reducing energy consumption. Despite its large capacity, the trolley is designed for transport and is easy and safe to operate thanks to the large castors and ergonomic handles on the back and fitted with excenter type door handle.
