The BPT E 36 C Banquet is made of 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304), the surface is micro-polished. External dimensions 820 x 941 x 1795 high(mm). Internal capacity, maximum 15 x GN 2/1-65 + 3 x 1/1- 65 pans, or 33 x GN 1/1-65 pans. There are 36 pairs of support ledges with 38.3mm spacing between ledges. Both the body and the door are double walled and insulated with CFC-free PUR foam. The convection cooling module is fitted into the rear panel. R290 propane refrigerant. Hinged door with door opening of 270°, with lock. Castors: 160mm Ø galvanised steel housing, with standard tyres, 4 steering, 2 of which have brakes. Synthetic base has intergrated all-round bumper rails. Temperature range +2°C to +10°C, with an easy to use temperature control panel. Power supply 220-240V, 0.35kW.
