The BPT E 30 H Banquet is made of 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304), the surface is micro-polished. External dimensions 590 x 821 x 1532 high(mm). Internal capacity, maximum 15 x GN 1/1-65 pans, or 30 x GN 1/2-65 pans. There are 30 pairs of support ledges with 38.3mm spacing between ledges. Both the body and the door are double walled and insulated with CFC-free PUR foam. The BPT E 30 H Banquet convection heating module is permanently fitted into the rear panel. Hinged door with door opening of 270°, with lock. Castors: 160mm Ø galvanised steel housing, with standard tyres, 4 steering, 2 of which have brakes. Synthetic base has intergrated all-round bumper rails. Temperature range +30°C to +95°C, with an easy to use temperature control panel. Power supply 220-240V, 0.99kW.
