It comes supplied with a fish grid and an integral dust and debris cover supplied as standard and piezo ignition for simple lighting. The fryer has an oil capacity of 15 litres and can produce up to 32kg of perfectly fried chips (14mm, chilled and pre-blanched) per hour.
