The unit is able to accommodate two 1/1, 150mm deep Gastronorm with the added versatility of being countertop used to site hot machines, such as griddles, induction hobs and boiling rings. Fully removable ABS drawer bin for ease of cleaning, lockable drawers for security & user friendly controls with LED temperature reading. Stainless steel exterior/interior and fitted with energy saving hot gas defrost, utilising waste heat from the refrigeration system. Works efficiently in hot kitchens, operating to ISO Climate Class 5 - up to 43C ambient.
