New Facilities at Leeds United, Elland Road.

As the new season progresses we are continuing to work with Leeds United as they upgrade the facilities at the East Stand of Elland Road. Two major kitchens, four bars and a fast food kiosk are being installed over the 5 floors of this impressive facility. We are working closely with the construction company, Cadicks and their sub contractors to ensure our installations go in smoothly as work progresses throughout this year.

Refreshments and coffee servery area, preparation room, Castle Undercroft, UK.

Having previously worked in similar high profile locations, we were asked to assist in the development of a new Café/Servery area within another major UK Castle. Working closely with the castle's management team and Ampersand we developed a servery area to suit the strict requirements of the security team, property managers, development team as well as the catering company. Strict access and security issues made this contract an interesting one to manage but we ensured that all challenges were dealt with to the letter and that the project was handed over on time. The project was split into two areas, Front of House Servery and Storage and Preparation Area, both of which had special requirements, as the build space available could not be changed in any way. Our in-house design team worked closely with all parties involved to ensure we had the correct equipment, good workflow and hygiene standards without having to make any changes to the fabrication of the building.

Boat House and Bridge Hotel, Chertsey, Surrey.
September 2011

We secured this project in August 2011 to Design and Install a new Kitchen facility for this well-known venue. A new cooking suite, refrigerated storage, extraction and ware washing are required as well as flooring and wall coverings. Again we will be working closely with the builder to ensure the project goes in smoothly and to the client's requirements and time scale.

New Café at Harvey Nichols, Mailbox, Birmingham.
August 2011

Working closely with one of our shop fitting partners, Top Draw, we were asked to design the kitchen area and supply the furniture for this prestigious store group, well known for their quality and respected for their design. The project was completed on time ready for them to use the area for a prestigious product launch two days later and looked sharp and fitted in with Harvey Nichols requirements.

The Marriott Hotel, West India Quay, Docklands, London.
July 2011

Following a major fire we worked closely with the hotels management, hotel owners and insurance company to ensure the hotel could use the area whist the new plans were approved, remedial work was carried out and then the new servery, kitchen equipment and extraction was installed as requested. At every stage of this development our Area Manager kept all the parties involved informed of progress and any changes whist ensuring the project was moving in the right direction and issues were dealt with swiftly.
The project is due for completion in September/October 2011.

New Staff Restaurant at The Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel.
June 2011

May saw the culmination of this project with the successful completion of the refurbishment work at the Metropole. This project required us to strip out the old staff restaurant totally and to refurbish the buildings interiors and redecorate as well as supply new equipment for the servery area whilst keeping within a tight budget. The project also had a very tight timeframe window as the area was used heavily by staff at this busy venue. Working closely with the Operations Director and Executive Chef we handed the project over on time, on budget and looking bright and welcoming.
